Why Study CMI?
You can use a CMI Pathway whenever you move to:

  • Expand your whole body in a chain of movement from feet to head.
  • Feel the movement flow that connects one part of your body to the next part of the chain.
  • Use gravity and the ground reaction force to provide uplift with less effort.
  • Increase body awareness
  • Improve habitual movement patterns
  • Engage your body, mind and breath
